My work sits where engineering meets the customer. Five areas, one idea: digital should be as good as the engineering behind it.

Electricity market and B2B customer service

Before leading the digital side, I worked as a B2B sales administrator at official Iberdrola partner companies, serving installers, property managers and engineering firms at its office, and winning business customers. I know the sales process from the inside, not only from marketing.

How I work

From regulation to tool in three steps

I do not digitise for its own sake. First I understand how the technical process works, then I turn it into a tool, and finally I check that it is used.

Understand the process

I read the measure sheet, the regulation or the audit and talk to engineering until I know where time is lost.

Digitise it

I build the platform, automation or website that removes that friction, with the roles and signatures the process requires.

Measure and communicate

Reporting with GA4 and Search Console, content that explains the sector, and continuous improvement with the team.
